VERZENDBELEID / SHIPPING POLICY

Verzending & Levering

Bij BLOOM & VESSEL streven we ernaar om uw bestelling zo snel en zorgvuldig mogelijk te verwerken en te verzenden. Alle bestellingen worden betrouwbaar verzonden met PostNL.

Levertijden

  • Verwerkingstijd: Bestellingen worden doorgaans binnen 24 uur verwerkt (op werkdagen). Zoals vermeld in ons annuleringsbeleid, kunt u uw bestelling kosteloos annuleren totdat deze is verwerkt.

  • Verwachte levertijd: Zodra uw pakket is overgedragen aan PostNL, bedraagt de geschatte levertijd binnen Nederland en België 1 tot 3 werkdagen.

Let op: Levertijden zijn indicatief en zijn schattingen, geen garanties. Rondom feestdagen of bij extreme drukte bij PostNL kan de bezorging langer duren.

Track & Trace

Zodra uw bestelling is overgedragen aan PostNL, ontvangt u automatisch een e-mail met een Track & Trace-code. Hiermee kunt u de status van uw zending en het verwachte bezorgmoment nauwkeurig volgen.

Eigendom en Risico

Conform onze Algemene Voorwaarden gaat het risico van verlies of beschadiging van de producten op u over op het moment dat wij het pakket overdragen aan PostNL. Wij zijn niet aansprakelijk voor vertragingen die worden veroorzaakt door de transporteur. Mocht er onverhoopt toch iets misgaan tijdens de bezorging, neem dan direct contact met ons op via hello@bloomandvessel.nl.

Shipping & Delivery

At BLOOM & VESSEL, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly and carefully as possible. All orders are reliably shipped using PostNL.

Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 24 hours (on business days). As stated in our cancellation policy, you can cancel your order free of charge until it has been processed.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once your package has been handed over to PostNL, the estimated delivery time within the Netherlands and Belgium is 1 to 3 business days.

Please note: All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer during holidays or periods of peak volume at PostNL.

Track & Trace

As soon as your order is handed over to PostNL, you will automatically receive an email containing a Track & Trace code. This allows you to closely follow the status of your shipment and the estimated time of delivery.

Title and Risk of Loss

In accordance with our Terms of Service, once we transfer the products to PostNL, title and risk of loss passes to you. We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
